1. About these terms
Courta is provided by Craig Pickerill ("we" or "us"). By using the Courta website, apps or live-match service you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Contact support@courta.co.uk with questions.
2. Service
Courta helps players create, follow and score padel matches, maintain histories and connect devices such as phones, watches and read-only court displays. Features and availability vary by device, connectivity and app version. The score shown is a tool for participants; players remain responsible for resolving match disputes and observing competition rules.
3. Player names and match access
If you add players or guest names, please use information appropriately and with any necessary permission. Treat join codes and private match/session credentials responsibly. Do not deliberately corrupt other players' matches or attempt unauthorised access to profiles, server data or equipment.
4. Availability
We work to maintain reliable service, but network or Bluetooth disruptions, device battery limitations and software problems can interrupt scoring. Offline/local features may differ from online features. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or security.
5. Data and personal information
The privacy policy explains how personal and match information is processed. Removing a match from your history does not necessarily delete the other participants' shared record. Use our data request page for wider privacy requests.
6. Intellectual property
The Courta name, original software, site content and visual designs are owned or licensed by the operator. You may use Courta for its intended personal and sporting purposes but may not copy or misuse our software or branding.
7. Future services
Any future paid subscriptions, club services or additional account features will be described with separate applicable pricing and terms before they are offered. No current price or subscription is implied by this page.
8. Liability and your rights
Courta is intended as an aid to padel scoring, not a referee or official source for tournament eligibility, safety or medical decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights. These terms are subject to applicable law.
