Request deletion
To request removal of a Courta profile and associated personal information, contact our privacy team using the email link below. Provide your Courta display name and enough information to help locate the profile, such as approximate match dates or the type of phone used.
Never include private session or access tokens, passwords, or other secrets in your email. We may need to verify ownership through a safer method before altering a profile.
What happens next?
We review the request, confirm your identity as needed, and explain what personal information can be erased or anonymised. Shared match records may include other players and will need separate treatment so those players' records are not unintentionally altered. We process verified requests according to applicable privacy law.
